Dr. Md. Mortuza Rashid brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team as our esteemed administrative advisor. With a background as an eye specialist and a distinguished career as a government employee, Dr. Rashid has served in various capacities, including as a BCS cadre retired from the National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh, where he held the position of Deputy Director (DD). Dr. Rashid received his education at Chittagong Medical College and University, further solidifying his foundation in the medical field. His extensive knowledge and leadership qualities make him a valuable asset to our administrative team.

Dr. Md. Aftabur Rahman, a distinguished geotechnical engineer and academic, serves as an Technical Advisor at Inside Engineering. Currently an Associate Professor at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), he specializes in soil mechanics and teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Driven by a passion for research, Dr. Rahman earned his Master of Engineering from Saitama University, Japan, and completed his PhD at Yokohama National University under the prestigious MEXT fellowship. His expertise focuses on numerical modeling and mitigating geotechnical hazards, including landslides, liquefaction, and sub-soil challenges. Dr. Rahman remains dedicated to advancing geotechnical engineering through education, research, and innovation.

Mr. Md. Nural Islam, Chief Engineer & Advisor at Inside Engineering since 2018, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technical advisory. Previously, he served as CEO at OGH and Superintending Engineer at RAJUK, overseeing key development projects. A graduate in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Rajshahi Engineering College (now RUET), he is skilled in public procurement, electrical systems, and business strategy. Mr. Islam is also a member of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

Mohammad Ruknuzzaman, Managing Director of Bay Leasing, is a seasoned financial leader renowned for his success in the industry. Armed with a degree in Business Administration from Dhaka University’s IBA and membership in ICMAB, his academic prowess and practical know-how are unmatched. Serving as Financial Advisor at INSIDE Engineering, Ruknuzzaman leverages his vast expertise to provide strategic financial counsel, steering the company towards growth and prosperity. Engineer Umme Aimon, our esteemed RE & EE Specialist, is a dynamic individual with a diverse range of skills and experience. With a background as an Electrical Engineer, teacher, entrepreneur, researcher, and designer, she brings a unique perspective to her leadership role. Having worked at Siemens BD and served as a lecturer in a renowned university in Bangladesh, Mrs Umme Aimon possesses a strong foundation in both industry and academia. She is also currently pursuing her master’s degree in Energy and Economics at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU). A graduate of CUET’s Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), her entrepreneurial drive and dedication to research have propelled Inside Engineering forward. Her strategic insights and commitment to innovation guide the company’s impact in construction, engineering, and renewable energy sectors. She is Lithuanian TRP holder.

Engineer Md. Johirul Amin, our esteemed Environment and Feasibility Study Specialist, brings over 9 years of working experience with renowned Japanese companies in Bangladesh and World Bank-funded projects with the Ministry of Commerce. His expertise encompasses LNG, power plant, and economic zone projects. He has actively contributed as an environmental and civil structural consultant in feasibility studies for various economic zones. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from CUET and a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from BUET, He possesses a solid educational foundation.

Engineer Md. Lutfor Rahman Shaheen is a dedicated Civil Engineer with extensive experience in structural design and project management. He currently works as a Senior Structural Engineer at Edison Real Estate, where he specializes in designing and analyzing residential and commercial RCC and steel structures. Previously, he worked at Confidence Infrastructure Ltd., contributing to high-rise building designs, bridge designs, and quality control in multi-disciplinary sectors. He also has significant experience in project coordination, foundation design, and retrofitting works. Md. Lutfor holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET) and has completed his M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from the University of Asia Pacific. His technical skills include proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Etabs, and Staad.Pro, along with a strong foundation in field surveying and traffic road survey. With a proactive and innovative mindset, he is committed to advancing his career while contributing to the success of each project he undertakes.

Engineer Farhan Sadik, the accomplished Civil and Construction Specialist of INSIDE ENGINEERING. With over 5 years of dynamic experience in project management for major international infrastructure projects, Mr. Sadik brings extensive expertise to our team. His diverse background includes successful contributions to marine industries, water treatment plants, roads and highways, bridges, and civil and mechanical projects. Mr. Farhan completed his graduation in Civil Engineering from CUET later on he did his masters from BUET in structure. With a deep understanding of global civil construction standards and best practices, Mr. Sadik leads our organization with a commitment to excellence. Mr. A. M. Abdullah-ar-Rafiu, our esteemed Accounts & Finance Specialist at INSIDE ENGINEERING. With vast experience in managing World Bank grant projects, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. As a Chartered Accountant (CA), Mr. Abdullah-ar-Rafiu possesses a deep understanding of financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. With 6 years of experience in interior and exterior design of civil structures, Mr. Nafis Ahmed Mahdi is a highly skilled architect. His expertise spans various projects, including industrial and Economic Zone developments in Mirsorai Economic Zone, as well as housing projects in Dhaka and Chittagong. Mr. Nafis Ahmed Mahdi’s meticulous attention to detail and creative approach bring innovative design solutions to every project. He holds an M.Sc in Environmental Sciences from Jahangirnagar University and a B.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology.
